**Deputy Principal – Head of Mission** 

This pivotal role involves leading and nurturing the Catholic identity, mission and Mercy charism of the College.

Key Responsibilities
  • Faith formation and spiritual life for students and staff:
  • Religious Education programs (Years 7–12): Develop and implement curriculum that fosters deep understanding and commitment to Catholic values.
  • Prayer, liturgies, retreats, and works of mercy: Organize and lead various religious activities to promote a sense of community and social responsibility.
  • Social justice initiatives and community engagement: Collaborate with teachers, parents and local organizations to create meaningful connections between the college and the broader community.
 

As Deputy Principal – Head of Mission, you will be responsible for ensuring the college's Catholic identity is upheld and advanced. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans to foster faith formation, spiritual growth and service to others.

For this role, we are seeking an experienced and visionary leader who shares our commitment to Catholic education and can inspire others to live their faith in action. A strong track record of leadership and pastoral care, as well as the ability to build meaningful relationships within a vibrant school community, is essential.

Apart from leadership skills and knowledge of Catholic teaching, candidates should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will work closely with teachers, students and parents. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting Catholic values and fostering a sense of community and social responsibility.
