Senior Finance Leader Opportunity

  • A senior finance leader is required to lead the financial operations of a dynamic and mission-focused organisation.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of NFP financial compliance and be highly proficient in Excel and financial systems. They will also have exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as a skilled team leadership ability.

Key responsibilities include leading financial reporting, maintaining and optimising finance systems, driving continuous process improvement, overseeing compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations, coordinating the annual audit, and partnering with internal stakeholders to support their financial literacy and accountability.

This is a hands-on role involving leadership of a small finance team, supporting executive and operational teams, and ensuring the organisation's continued financial sustainability.

Requirements
  • CA/CPA qualified with strong technical accounting experience
  • Skilled team leader and collaborator
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong understanding of NFP financial compliance
  • Highly proficient in Excel and financial systems
  • SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF PAYROLL PROCESSES
  • ANALYTICAL, ORGANISED, AND SOLUTIONS-FOCUSED
