Key Responsibilities

About the Role
  • Provide high-level organisational, financial, and strategic leadership.
  • Lead the executive team to ensure effective governance, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee financial management, property, and risk frameworks to maintain long-term sustainability.
  • Support governance structures, ensuring Boards and Committees receive timely, accurate advice and information.
  • Oversee human resources strategy, including leadership development and staff engagement.
  • Guide property, fundraising, and financial strategies to strengthen resources and mission.
  • Uphold compliance and reporting obligations to stakeholders.
  • Represent externally, fostering positive relationships with agencies, government, regulators, and other key partners.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated C-level leadership experience within not-for-profit environments.
  • Extensive experience as a collaborative, values-driven leader.
  • A tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing fiscal and human resources.
  • Expertise in governance, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
  • High-level experience and skills in developing and deploying vision, mission, and strategic plans.
  • Experience in fund and property management, with demonstrated pragmatism.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience leading and motivating direct reports to advance employee engagement.
