Finance Director

This pivotal role plays a crucial part in shaping the future direction of our respected not-for-profit organisation.
We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to provide strategic and operational leadership across finance, HR, administration, infrastructure, and enterprise services.
The Key Responsibilities- Drive organisational readiness for sector reforms and foster operational excellence across aged care and retirement living.
- Oversee financial management, budgeting, compliance reporting, and governance frameworks.
- Mentor and lead diverse teams while embedding a culture of accountability and improvement.
- Collaborate with the CEO and Board on strategic initiatives, reporting, and long-term planning.
You will bring a strong finance background and proven executive or senior leadership experience.
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance (preferred) or Business, with deep financial management expertise.
- A track record of leading corporate services and/or operations at scale.
- Experience in aged care, health, or not-for-profit sectors.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence in engaging Boards, regulators, and senior leadership.
- Be instrumental in shaping this newly created executive role and influencing its direction.
- Work closely with the CEO to drive strategy, governance, and organisational growth.
