Senior Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:
Nayler Executive is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing our HR practices and processes, promoting and shaping our company values, and ensuring a positive and safe working culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the onboarding process, and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee payroll, administer benefit programs, and conduct benchmarking and surveys to ensure fair and competitive compensation packages.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, provide coaching and development opportunities, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Compliance and Safety Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, develop and implement safety protocols, and provide training and support to employees.
- Administration: Manage HR systems, maintain accurate records, and provide administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager with a background in a senior HR role in a medium to large manufacturing company or as a 2IC to a Senior HR Director. You will have relevant tertiary qualifications, up-to-date knowledge of HR practices, and experience with HR metrics, labor law, and HR software. You will also possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, and the ability to build and manage effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
