Operational Efficiency Specialist

As a Command Centre Optimiser, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Tickets of Work are effectively optimised and allocated to the relevant subcontractors, maximising a positive experience for the end customer and meeting contractual requirements.
This role requires close collaboration with internal and external clients to deliver agreed outcomes, managing on-the-day jeopardy events and approving changes outside of system business rules. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential to ensure high completion rates from subcontractors and timely delivery of operational KPI targets.
The successful candidate will have specialist knowledge of cable and satellite services, experience prioritising customer appointments and achieving daily operational KPIs, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will be able to constructively negotiate and resolve customer grievances, analyse statistical information and implement effective corrective solutions.
