Commercial Construction Administration Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team in delivering high-quality commercial construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contracts administration, with experience in managing complex projects and building lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The role will involve overseeing all contracts administration responsibilities, including procurement, package negotiation, claims administration, and contract correspondence.

You will work closely with the project team to achieve successful project delivery within program and budget constraints.

  • Tertiary qualifications in construction management or equivalent
  • A track record in contracts administration gained over 3+ years with experience of commercial build projects in Australia essential
  • An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders
