A leading builder is seeking a seasoned Contracts Administrator to join their team.

About This Opportunity:

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the financial and contractual management of projects, working closely with Project Managers and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and administer contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Manage project documentation, including contract variations, claims, and extensions of time.
  • Foster strong relationships with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis.
Requirements:
  • Possess a degree in Construction or related field.
  • Hold experience on large Australian-based builders (Tier 2 or 3).
  • Have a proven track record of managing projects valued at $30m and above.
  • Demonstrate at least 3 years' experience in contracts administration within the construction industry.
