Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to ensure the successful financial and contractual management of projects.

This role involves working closely with project managers and key stakeholders to prepare, review, and administer contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.

  • Manage project documentation, including contract variations, claims, and extensions of time.
  • Deal with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to large Australian-based builders (Tier 2 or 3 preferably) and experience on projects valued at $30m and above.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Construction or related field.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
