
Automation Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Automation Sales Specialist to join our team. As an Automation Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in growing our presence in select high-growth focus accounts in Australia.
You will be responsible for selling automation services in assigned focus accounts, managing go-to-market sales strategies, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, growing revenue, and expanding stakeholder footprints within accounts.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute an automation sales strategy for assigned accounts with industry vertical sales teams.
- Revenue Growth: Own revenue, margin, pipeline, TCV, and customer satisfaction for assigned accounts.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage all activities in a sales cycle - building a qualified pipeline of opportunities, creating differentiated solution proposals aligned to client needs, creating win-win commercial models, and driving closure of sales.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted pitches and solution offerings.
- RFI/RFP Response: Respond to RFIs and RFPs from prospects and clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and manage senior and mid-level customer relationships in Business & IT.
- Partnerships: Engage with strategic product partners for joint marketing and sales, plan and participate in relevant industry events, and drive pipeline planning, lead generation, and joint pursuits.
