Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diploma Qualified Team Leader to join our team at Community Services #1. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators and delivering a high-quality Before and After School Care program at our Mawson and Throsby Out of School Hours Care services.

About the Role

  • This is a permanent or part-time position, based on your individual needs.
  • The successful candidate will receive an above award wage of $33.60-$34.62, based on experience and qualification, with a split shift allowance of $19.00 when working a Before and After School Care shift on the same day.
  • Opportunities exist at both our Throsby and Mawson Out of School Hours Care services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of educators to deliver a high-quality Before and After School Care program.
  • Develop and implement programs that meet the needs of children and families.
  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and other relevant regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture.
