Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with the National Quality Standard and the Early Years Learning Framework

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Current Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) approved diploma level (or higher) early childhood education and care qualification
  • Current First Aid Certificate - Child Care approved (HLTAID012 or HLTAID004) including current CPR certificate
  • Cleared New South Wales Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
  • Demonstrated understanding of the National Quality Standard and the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Minimum of 3 years full-time employment experience (or equivalent) as a childcare Group Leader delivering education and care to the 0-6 year old age group
  • ACECQA Migrant Skills Assessment – or be willing to attain one
  • Competent English Skills, meeting minimum standards of an IELTS band score of at least 6.0 in all four test components
  • Australian Citizenship or Visa Eligibility
