Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst Intern to join our team. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and clients to gather and analyze business requirements
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
- Create detailed project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress and any potential roadblocks
- Assist in the testing and quality assurance process to ensure the final product meets the business requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvement
- Support the project team in various tasks and assignments as needed
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the IT industry
Location:
This internship will be based in our office in Canberra, ACT, Australia.
Contract Details:
This is a full-time internship for a duration of 3-6 months. The intern will receive a stipend for their work.
