Paxus is seeking a Senior Pega Analyst to join their team in Canberra.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in applying agile delivery methodology, including the use of project management and delivery management tools.
The Senior Pega Analyst will be responsible for preparing and facilitating regular workshops with stakeholders to identify and document business needs using design thinking principles and techniques. They will also prepare, facilitate, and attend playbacks to ensure continual alignment of stakeholder needs and expectations.
Additionally, the Senior Pega Analyst will participate in project team design workshops and facilitate walkthrough reviews of designs where applicable. They will document and review specifications under the oversight of the Enterprise Business Solution Lead and Lead Pega Business Analysts.
The successful candidate will have a Pega Business Architect certification and 3+ years' experience working as a Pega Senior/Lead Business Architect/Analyst on Pega Platform and/or Cloud Pega Platforms. They will also have demonstrated experience with Business Process Management (BPM) and cloud-native technologies.
