Job Title: Site Operations Director

The successful candidate will be responsible for the on-site management of a vibrant complex located in Broadbeach, Gold Coast. The role is a full-time position and requires the applicant to live on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Letting: Secure suitable tenants for the property
  • Maintenance and Operations: Oversee the daily/monthly maintenance and upkeep of the complex
  • Financial Management: Manage trust accounting and daily trust receipting using Xero
  • Liaising with Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with Body Corporate(s)
  • Fault-finding: Identify and rectify any faults or issues within the complex
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coach a team to support your role
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and interaction

Requirements:

  • Previous On-Site Experience: Proven experience in managing on-site operations
  • Energy and Attitude: A highly energetic and proactive attitude
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Initiative: Take initiative to resolve issues and improve processes
  • English Language Skills: Proficient in English language with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills
