Director of Operations

We're seeking a seasoned operations expert to lead our multi-site teams and drive strategic growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Mentor and empower Centre Managers to reach their full potential.
- Develop and execute tailored operational plans, promoting excellence and expansion.
- Foster strong family and community connections through effective communication and engagement.
- Oversee service performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and efficiency.
- Promote leadership and team engagement strategies across locations.
- Ensure centre maintenance and regulatory compliance.
This role demands a compassionate leader with a proactive attitude, proven experience in multi-site management, and knowledge of the NQF and EYLF.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Proven experience in managing multiple sites.
- Strong understanding of the NQF and EYLF frameworks.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Kidsoft, CCSS, ISS, and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of legislation across QLD, NSW, SA, and VIC.
