About the Role
  • Perform all duties applicable to the role within the levels of authority specified by management system procedures
  • Oversee accurate data entry and reconciliation of all administrative functions including dockets, invoices, and bills for timely submission and efficient processing
  • Process payroll, collect timesheets, update site hours and leave sheets for accounts to submit pay runs without delay
  • Coordinate float movements as directed and ensure plant maintenance is aware for seamless execution
  • Assist in purchasing for all project needs, including hire agreements and associated documents for procurement purposes
  • Complete tasks as requested by directors from time to time, ensuring prompt completion and effective delivery
  • Enter workshop data into Zoho and complete reporting, including defect register, hour meter recording, and repair cards for accurate records and analysis
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate independently with minimal supervision while ensuring alignment with established policies and procedures
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases for efficient decision-making and informed planning
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
