Job Title: Property Manager

At our commercial property management team, we are seeking a highly organized and skilled professional to join us in Newcastle, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tenant relationships and resolve day-to-day issues as the first point of contact.
  • Maintain lease administration, financial procedures, and reporting standards to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Oversee rental collections, outgoings, and recoverable costs while focusing on arrears control.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to prepare annual operating budgets.
  • Process invoices, raise work orders, and manage debtors efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within commercial, retail, or industrial property. A tertiary qualification in property specialisation is preferred but not essential. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency are also required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
