Senior Credit Implementation Specialist Job Overview

Teachers Mutual Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Credit Implementation Specialist to lead our Credit Implementation team and drive continuous improvement across our credit operations.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of credit processes, controls, and compliance. They will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing documentation of credit processes and procedures, identifying and implementing process improvements, and providing clear reporting and visibility of team outputs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the Credit Implementation team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
  • Maintain and enhance documentation of credit processes and procedures
  • Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide clear reporting and visibility of team outputs to the line manager
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics
  • Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Investigate incidents and issues, implement corrective actions, and monitor outcomes
  • Evaluate and enhance internal controls to mitigate operational risk
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Support audits and provide relevant documentation and insights
  • Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders on credit implementation matters
