Credit Operations Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Credit Operations Leader to spearhead our team's growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in credit operations, exceptional risk management skills and leadership ability to drive team performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Establishing goals and targets for the team to align with business objectives.
- Driving accountability through leading, motivating, mentoring and developing a team of credit experts.
- Implementing best practice and enhancing efficiency, reducing risk and improving customer experience through process improvements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational processes align with business goals.
- Managing escalated loan applications and identifying solutions to mitigate risk.
- 7-10 years of experience in Credit Management or Operations Management roles in financial services.
- Strong credit risk acumen and commercial judgement.
- Business Lending experience is essential.
- Proven track record of leading Operational teams and driving process improvements using technology.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, mentoring and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
