Job Description:

We're seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Credit Implementation Specialist to lead our credit implementation team.

This individual will play a key role in driving continuous improvement across our credit operations, enhancing process efficiency, strengthening controls, and ensuring visibility of team performance.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting platforms, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Lead the Credit Implementation Team
  • Develop and Refine Credit Processes
  • Implement Process Improvements
  • Provide Clear Reporting and Visibility

The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications, a minimum of 5 years' experience in credit operations, and proven experience leading teams and managing projects.

They will also possess strong knowledge of credit processes, controls, and compliance, as well as demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and manage change.
