Employment Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Employment Consultant. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping individuals achieve their career goals and overcome employment challenges.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess superior problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a strong emphasis on quality over quantity.

This role involves providing high-quality services to clients across Queensland and New South Wales, including assessments, career planning, mediation, and counseling. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality at all times.

To be considered for this position, candidates must have a degree in a relevant profession (e.g., psychology, occupational therapy), membership with a relevant association, and superior problem-solving and negotiation skills. They must also be self-motivated, energetic, and able to work effectively in a team.
