We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Management Specialist to oversee the entire claims process, assessing policies to determine cover type and validity.
This role involves developing tailored management strategies for each claim, engaging external vendors to act on our behalf, and ensuring fair decisions on claim outcomes.

- Claims Assessment and Management: Oversee the entire claims process, reviewing policies to determine cover type and validity.
- Tailored Strategies: Develop tailored management strategies for each claim, taking into account complex information and individual circumstances.
- Vendor Engagement: Engage external vendors to act on our behalf, ensuring efficient and effective claim resolution.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in managing all stages of claims, including front-end claims management.
- Skillset: Strong analytical skills, with ability to assess complex information and make fair decisions on claim outcomes.
- Knowledge: High-level attention to detail and strong knowledge of medical terminology.
- Holiday Leave: 5 weeks annual leave and 15 days personal/carer's leave.
