Claims Management Specialist

We are seeking a Claims Management Specialist to manage claims, collections, and credit resolutions efficiently.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with warehouses, vendors, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
This role involves taking ownership of national claims processing, working closely with warehouses, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to resolve claims accurately and on time.
The successful candidate will oversee collections and crediting of goods across national warehouses, ensuring all approvals, evidence, and documentation are in place before collections.
Responsibilities include tracking claims, reporting progress, and following up on outstanding items to maintain efficient processes.
As a Claims Management Specialist, you will partner with Finance, Warehouse Operations, and Vendors to resolve any issues and handle unexpected logistical challenges with a proactive mindset.
- Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in claims management or related field
