
Claims Manager Specialist

The Claims Management Specialist plays a critical role in delivering effective claims management across the business.
Reporting to the Manager, this national role is based at North and provides coverage across both Osborne, South Australia, and West in Henderson, Western Australia.
- Provide claims advice and support across the business.
- Liaise with production management, People & Culture, and health centres to ensure effective case management.
- Assist the Manager with day-to-day file management.
- Respond to queries related to claims matters.
- Support the processing of claim determinations and account payments.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate claims management.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- At least 2 years' experience in claims management.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation including Return-to-Work Act (SA) 2014 and Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act (WA) 2023.
- Ability to manage priorities and utilise time management skills to achieve objectives and manage workloads.
- Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication, complemented by strong interpersonal and organisational leadership capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality/accuracy and responsiveness.
- Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across the business.
This role requires a current National Police Check. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining this clearance.
