
Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Front Office Manager position.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate front office operational tasks for optimal effectiveness and efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries.
- Organize meeting room bookings and maintain records and databases.
- Handle mail, stationery, and office supplies, and coordinate maintenance requests for building facilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role with excellent interpersonal skills and customer service expertise.
- Strong organizational and proactive approach, capable of prioritizing and coordinating tasks effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office products and databases.
This is a 10-month contract based at our North Sydney head office. As a skilled Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. Your strong communication and organizational skills will enable you to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
