Job Opportunity: Implementation Specialist

As a valued team member, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless adoption and implementation of our workforce management software. This role requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with business users, customers, and product development teams to meet customer requirements.
  • Utilize technical expertise to deliver timely and effective implementation outcomes using established systems and processes.
  • Work independently on projects, seeking input and assistance from team members as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application/system issues efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Support colleagues to promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Ensure successful delivery of our software to new clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working with HR, Payroll, or Time and Attendance solutions.
  • Professional experience with SaaS software, ideally in workforce management, staffing, recruitment, or payroll including business management or ERP systems.
  • Previous experience as an Implementation Specialist is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to work independently on client projects, utilizing initiative to find and develop solutions.
  • Experience working with a Product Team to refine requirements and communicate client challenges.
  • Strong analytical aptitude, specifically in complex enterprise software applications.
  • Proven track record of successfully guiding customers to a smooth go-live.
  • Ability to prioritize key deliverables in line with client expectations.
