Job Opportunity:

As a cloud-based digital solutions delivery expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth for enterprise clients while cultivating your career in a global leader. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mobile, web, e-commerce, and point of sale applications with APIs/SDKs and custom features.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate as a team player with energy and drive to support business growth.
  • Interface directly with enterprise clients to integrate applications with APIs/SDKs and custom features.
  • Manage technical customer relationships, including requirements clarification, integration testing, load testing, software upgrades, demos, and responding to technical information requests.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver enterprise-level solutions through problem solving, testing, and code delivery.
  • Maximize efficiency in a dynamic environment requiring creative solutions.
  • Collaborate with development engineers, product managers, account managers, and other departments to resolve technology issues.
  • Be available for some travel and off-hours support as required.
About Your Qualifications
  • Have a genuine interest in business processes, IT, and collaborative problem solving.
  • Hold a recent graduation with a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Manufacturing, or ERP Systems Management.
  • Exhibit a driven and results-oriented personality.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Display a 'can-do' attitude, strong analytical skills, and a passion to learn and grow.
  • Have proficiency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
  • Be eligible to work.
  • Have international experience from studies is advantageous.
  • Be willing to travel domestically and internationally.
