About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Solutions Delivery Expert to lead implementation projects with small to medium sized businesses and enterprise clients. This individual will guide our clients through high-quality transition experiences, ensuring seamless integration of our payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement EY's payroll solutions in accordance with client expectations following established methodologies
  • Fully understand the features and limitations of EY's entire suite of payroll products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Liaise with clients to facilitate the implementation process, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
  • Navigate internal resources to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
  • Provide system support to other team members as needed
