About this Role:

This is a senior-level position focused on delivering expert technical support for AI-powered contact centre solutions.

As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet and exceed their requirements.

  • Design and implement comprehensive AI solutions, leveraging deep expertise in conversational AI platforms and cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, deliverable, and profitable.
  • Develop architectural blueprints, create design documents, and prepare demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities.
