**Care Support Professional Opportunity:**

We are seeking compassionate and experienced Support Workers to provide person-centered care and support tailored to the unique needs of each individual, empowering them to live more independently and lead meaningful lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver one-on-one support to participants ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene meal preparation and household tasks.
  • Promote independence and self-sufficiency by encouraging and teaching life skills.
  • Establish a safe and inclusive environment where participants can thrive.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential participant records.
  • Communicate effectively with participants their families and the care team.
  • Respond to participant's unique needs and challenges with empathy and patience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Cert III/IV in Disability or equivalent.
  • NDIS Screening Check.
  • NDIS Induction Module.
  • NDIS Orientation Module.
  • Previous experience in a support worker role or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Compassion patience and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on others' lives.
  • Ability to adapt to various participant needs and preferences.
  • First Aid and CPR.
