ERP Data Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned ERP Data Manager to drive the strategy and implementation of our enterprise resource planning system. This key role will work closely with the Leadership Team to enhance business decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain master data within the ERP, including customer pricing, supplier pricing, category management, product content, and inventory.
  • Lead data migration projects, ensuring seamless transitions from legacy systems.
  • Ensure data accessibility for B2B website functionality.
  • Design and implement a part number creation system at branch level.
  • Oversee BI reporting across sales and inventory using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Partner with stakeholders to share insights and provide recommendations that support business growth.
  • Lead and develop a small data team, collaborating closely with the ERP Manager and other key stakeholders.

  • A highly analytical and detail-focused individual with a clear strategic mindset.
  • A confident communicator able to influence leaders and engage non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Epicor, D365, SAP) and related technologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools like Power BI.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and eager to make a meaningful impact.
  • Prior leadership experience is preferred, but we also consider ambitious individuals ready to take on new challenges.
