Job Overview

This role involves providing expert advice and services to support Federal Government clients in achieving complex challenges.

As a specialist in public purpose sector, you will help deliver meaningful outcomes for Australians by supporting governments and their agencies, as well as not-for-profit organisations.

Within the Data & Artificial Intelligence (AI) Team, you will unlock the value of data to provide actionable insights and identify opportunities to leverage AI for delivering a capability advantage.

The team works across various areas including data mapping, transformation and migration, data strategy and platforms, reporting and data visualisation, Gen AI and LLMs, and advanced analytics/simulations.

As a Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Delivering client work related to establishing or operating data management functions
  2. Leading project teams effectively, ensuring quality and timeliness
  3. Developing and implementing strategies to meet client objectives
  4. Managing client relationships and addressing their needs proactively
  5. Overseeing budget allocation for projects
  6. Providing regular performance feedback and coaching to team members
