Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic thinker with strong communication skills to drive better decisions across our business as Data & Analytics Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape our ERP data strategy and drive change across the organisation.

  • This role involves managing master data within the ERP system, including customer pricing, supplier pricing, category management, product content, and inventory.
  • You will lead data migration projects to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems.
  • You will also support data accessibility for B2B website functionality.
  • An additional key responsibility will be designing and implementing a part number creation system at branch level.
  • You will oversee BI reporting across sales and inventory using Power BI or similar tools.
  • You will partner with stakeholders to share insights and provide recommendations that support business growth.
  • You will lead and develop a small data team, collaborating closely with our ERP Manager, ERP Specialist, and Data & Pricing Manager.

  • You should be highly analytical and detail-focused, with a clear strategic mindset.
  • A confident communicator able to influence leaders and engage non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with ERP systems, data governance, and business intelligence tools is essential.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and comfortable working across databases and data platforms is required.
  • You should be adaptable, proactive, and eager to make a difference.
