Senior Data Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that drives organizational success.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a data management strategy for various programs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

  • Develop policies, protocols, practices, and tools related to data collection, analysis, interpretation, storage, security, withdrawal, and disposal.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of the data strategy.

  • Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data management, preferably in the Aboriginal Health Sector.

  • Working knowledge of Indigenous Data Governance and sovereignty principles.

  • Post-graduate qualifications and experience in Health Data Management, Information Management, or similar fields.

  • Desirable Skills:

  • Expertise in data governance, data quality management, data analysis, and leadership skills to drive operational and strategic vision.

  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex concepts into clear language.
