Weekend Cook/Kitchenhand Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Weekend Cook/Kitchenhand to join our team at Lindfield Gardens Retirement Living. This is a permanent part-time position working Saturday and Sunday 9:30 am - 6 pm, with penalty rates on weekends.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing daily meal services, including chopping vegetables, preparing salads, and cooking ingredients. You will also monitor food safety plans, ensure the kitchen adheres to OH&S standards, manage kitchen equipment maintenance and cleanliness, and collaborate with Food & Beverage staff to deliver smooth lunch and dinner service.
