Culinary Professional Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our culinary team as a Chef de Partie. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes and providing excellent service to guests.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate passion for excellence through serving guests with flair and professionalism.
- Ensure all guests receive personalized service and achieve the essence of pleasure.
- Embody French hospitality with a can-do attitude.
- Perform tasks in a timely manner and assist other departments as needed.
- Maintain clean and tidy working areas and report maintenance issues.
- Contribute to culinary revenue through effective food cost control.
- Commercial cookery qualification.
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays.
- Working understanding of food safety standards and HACCP.
