Job Title: Senior Culinary Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant, hands-on environment as a Senior Culinary Professional.

The ideal candidate will have high volume culinary experience, a can-do attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and the ability to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends are essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean working environment while preparing food in line with quality expectations and fluctuating volumes
  • Consistently maintain a thorough knowledge of the entire menu, including an understanding of all base products and ingredients used
  • Ensure food presentation meets menu requirements and kitchen standards
  • Demonstrate knowledge of and be able to use a broad range of cooking and food preparation equipment and skills
