We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team in the heart of Sydney Olympic Park.

This is a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment where you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for lunch, dinner, and event service.

As a key member of our culinary team, you will work across the grill, fryer, and other kitchen stations to ensure consistent quality and speed.

You will assist in menu preparation, portioning, and mise en place to keep service running smoothly. Additionally, you will maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and stock rotation.

A strong focus on teamwork, effective communication, and a positive attitude is essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook meals for various service periods.
  • Work collaboratively with other chefs and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Support the development of junior team members through guidance and training.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent trade qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar bistro or high-volume casual dining environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
