Sales Community Specialist - Multi Locations in Western Australia

Job Description:

The role focuses on growing Apple product and services within partner stores. As a salesperson, leader, and influencer, you will engage with customers, provide excellent customer service, conduct product demonstrations, and train staff while ensuring merchandising standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with Authorised Apple Resellers to accelerate sales of Apple's entire product and service ecosystem.
  • Provide direct customer interaction, delivering the right knowledge and value for informed choices.
  • Educate and empower store staff on the latest Apple product and services portfolio, deliver an extraordinary customer experience, and build a team of Apple brand advocates.
  • Increase sales and provide outstanding customer service while delivering individual and group product demonstrations and helping customers set up their new Apple products.

Working hours include Full-time (38 hours weekly, Wed-Sun) at Joondalup/Malaga and Part-time (~29 hours weekly, Thurs-Sun) at various locations.

Requirements:
  • Full-time: Availability to work on a regular schedule of Wednesdays to Sundays (inclusive of both Saturday and Sunday).
  • Part-time: Same as full-time, but scheduled from Thursdays to Sundays (inclusive of both Saturday and Sunday).
