Key Business Development Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across Perth and surrounding areas.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Identify new business opportunities within existing geographical boundaries and win and secure profitable customers.
  2. Target and increase sales volume against monthly targets.
  3. Submit regular reports on sales performance and customer activity.
  4. Analyze and report on product categories, margin, volume, and competitor activity.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer information via EWS screens.
  6. Develop trade alliances and ensure they are serviced.
  7. Conduct cylinder safety-training sessions for new customers as required.
  8. Develop and maintain records of opposition customers.
  9. Liaise with branch and transport functions to achieve desirable service levels.
  10. Coordinate with Customer Service Staff to achieve goals and targets.
  11. Monitor marketing initiatives to ensure consistent brand representation.

Requirements:

  • Two to three years of industrial gas field sales experience.
  • A clean and valid driver's license is required.
  • Strong sales experience and results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
