Enterprise Sales Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our team in Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS leadership and sales experience, with a proven track record of success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives, coaching and mentoring them to achieve their goals and objectives. They will also work closely with the Senior Director, APAC Sales to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.

  • Lead a team of Account Executives to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Coach and mentor Account Executives to improve their skills and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product to ensure alignment and efficiency

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of complex Enterprise B2B SaaS sales solutions, exceptional communication skills, and analytical acumen. They will be highly motivated, data-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements
  • 5 years of professional experience, with minimum 1 year formal / informal sales leadership experience
  • A consistent and measurable track record of success that you can easily speak to and highlight – both as an individual salesperson and as a leader within a sales organization
  • A deep understanding of prospecting, opportunity management and closing in B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrated passion for hiring, developing and coaching top sales talent
