Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Design Strategist to lead our comprehensive customer listening program, prioritizing and sharing insights to inform organizational decision-making.

About the Role:

This short-term opportunity is an exciting chance to join our team and make a meaningful impact on our customers' experiences. You will manage projects focused on enhancing customer experience, producing CX artefacts, and crafting reports based on data from diverse sources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting research to understand customer experience and perception
- Managing projects to enhance customer experience
- Producing CX artefacts, including customer journey maps, experience maps, service design blueprints
- Crafting reports based on quantitative and qualitative data

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in service design or relevant discipline
- Three years' experience with demonstrated ability in delivering human-centred design work across sectors
- Strong oral communication and written skills, and ability to communicate with stakeholders
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Proven research experience, including literature review, qualitative, and ethnographic methodologies
- Well-developed facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills
