About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support Consultant to join our team at Pronto Software. As a Support Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and Resolve Issues: You will be responsible for triaging and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide Technical Support: You will provide technical support to customers via multiple channels, including email, phone, and on-site visits.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will work closely with our Professional Services and Business Solutions teams to ensure seamless delivery of support services.
  • Document and Analyze Issues: You will document and analyze customer issues to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Technical Knowledge: You will have a strong understanding of Pronto Xi or similar ERP software, as well as business operational needs.
  • Customer Service Skills: You will possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers via multiple channels.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You will have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: You will be a team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
