Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage contracts and negotiate cost savings with suppliers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to start at short notice.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Manage the tender process from scope definition through to evaluating tender documentation and recommendations for award.
  • - Engage with suppliers to ensure delivery against agreed service level agreements and contract KPIs.
  • - Negotiate cost savings and terms and conditions of new contracts and extended contracts.
  • - Ensure the contract lifecycle process supports operational and maintenance requirements.
  • - Attend contract meetings and coordinate negotiations on contract variations.
  • - Process and review contract variations, extension of time claims, progress claims for work completed, and evaluation and recommendation of disputed claims.
  • - Maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
