Job Title: Manufacturing OperatorAbout the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all production and packaging functions are carried out in an effective, efficient, and timely manner.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all production and packaging functions are carried out in accordance with established procedures and protocols;
  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure optimal output and quality;
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by our HACCP system.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A strong commitment to quality and safety;
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment;
  • Ability to work flexibly, including overtime, to meet business needs;
  • A valid Australian driver's license.
