Job Overview

The Product Specialist role plays a pivotal part in the success of our Insolvency software division in Australia.

  • Product Management: This position involves close collaboration with clients to grasp their product needs and provide strategic guidance on development items.
  • Client Engagement: The Product Specialist will spearhead client interactions, ensuring seamless communication and a deep understanding of future requirements.

To ensure client environments are compatible with our software, the Product Specialist conducts pre-installation audits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Release Notes and Knowledgebase: Assist in creating release notes and knowledgebase articles to support users effectively.
  • Product Training: Provide training to clients on our software, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to utilize it proficiently.
  • Focus Groups and Workshops: Organize focus groups and workshops to gather feedback from clients and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Technical Acumen: Possess a strong understanding of technical concepts and be able to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Product Management Tools: Familiarity with product management tools such as Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks is essential.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Demonstrate a strong ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, implementing user feedback to enhance product satisfaction.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Skilled in interpreting and monitoring product Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and OKRs, guiding product decisions using data.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Ability to work closely with engineering, design, technical support, sales, and marketing teams to ensure unified product goals and timely delivery.
