Operations Support Specialist

The role of Operations Support Specialist involves providing critical support to the production team by managing the production backlog and ensuring timely delivery of parts to the remanufacturing facility.

Key responsibilities include inventory management from distribution centers to respective locations, reviewing production jobs with missing parts, and arranging orders for necessary items. Additionally, the Operations Support Specialist will coordinate deliveries with original equipment manufacturers and local suppliers, provide routine updates on part supply status, and evaluate issues relating to part supply through the supply chain.

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a similar role and administration, as well as strong work ethic, commitment to safety, self-motivation, and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. High attention to detail is also essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
