Job Title: Store Manager - Local Leadership Role


About the Job:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced store manager to lead our team in Moree. As a local leader, you'll take charge of driving store performance, leading a passionate team, and creating an engaging customer-first environment.

Requirements:

  • Lead from the Front: With experience as a Store Manager or 2+ years as Assistant Manager, you lead by example – a strong leader with a track record of improving team culture and store results, energising your team, setting the pace, and never asking others to do what you wouldn't do yourself.
  • Performance That Speaks for Itself: You've successfully led teams, lifted sales, and turned store performance around.
  • Local Insight Matters: You understand the heart of the community – what drives it, what challenges it, and how to truly connect with local customers and your team.
  • Operational & Financial Know-How: You're confident managing daily operations, budgets, and HR processes with ease.
