Rural Healthcare Transformation Leader

Embark on a unique opportunity to spearhead the transformation of rural healthcare in a dynamic hospital setting.

This leadership role involves overseeing clinical operations, service delivery, and overall site management. As the executive leader for Moree District Hospital, you will be responsible for driving quality care models tailored to a rural setting.

You will partner closely with the district to align with broader organisational goals, embed new systems and strategies, and lead a dedicated local team through change and growth.

This is an ideal position for a seasoned nurse leader seeking to make a lasting impact and shape the future of rural healthcare.

The successful candidate will possess strong operational experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to mentor and guide their team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee clinical operations and service delivery
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated local team
  • Embed new systems and strategies
  • Partner with the district to align with organisational goals
  • Drive quality care models tailored to a rural setting
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with current registration with AHPRA
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in health management or actively working towards them
  • Current driver's licence and flexibility to travel within NSW as required
